Crystal Waltman - Crystal has been speaking for the past five years sharing her experience, strength and hope. She’s achieved a collegiate national championship at Central Arizona College in softball in 1997. Received her Bachelors Degree at Arizona State University.
She has coached nutrition, and fitness for more than 20 years. Crystal currently works coaching high school student athletes in softball, strength, flexibility, and overall positive health, and fitness habits. Her new book in titled “Quitting to Win”, chosen as a Top 10 HEALTH Books of 2020!
She is currently the owner of Crystal Clear in Scottsdale Arizona - Online FItness & Nutritional Coaching.
Sold Out is challenging students to spend at least 5 to 20 minutes daily on your own time to take action in implementing the information, and exercises into your daily life. Our goal with the videos is that you would be more effective, and better equipped to meet the many challenges faced in life.
