SOLD OUT’S MISSION
Sold Out‘s Mission is to educate, encourage, and challenge students to live a life of alcohol and drug abstinence in order to significantly lessen, if not eradicate, the number of young individuals who are dying each year from alcohol and drugs, specifically fentanyl.
SOLD OUT’S PURPOSE
Sold Out provides schools and communities with necessary drug and alcohol information including an online comprehensive, flexible, risk mitigating fentanyl education program for students grades 5-12, school staff, parents/guardians, and community leaders in order to:
- Further conversations about the dangers of doing alcohol and drugs, particularly around the dangers of fentanyl, which is now the #1 killer of teenagers and young adults in our country, and
- Proactively protect students, families, and communities against misinformation by providing accurate research and data surrounding fentanyl.
“I support the “Sold Out Alcohol Abstinence” Program. They have served all of our Middle and High Schools for nine (9) years, they do a wonderful job. The principals share that they appreciate the fact that Mr. Gabriel requires little assistance in preparation and presentation of his program. The teachers and school counselors like the program materials and online resources that they can use throughout the year. They also feel that it is one of the few programs that is all inclusive so that all students can relate to it.”
“I never realized how dangerous drugs could be until Sold Out told us about Fentanyl. I now know that drugs can be a dangerous thing and you shouldn’t trust people telling you to take a random drug that they claim is something helpful because it may as well be Fentanyl.”
